By using salamxp.com or our affiliated platforms (trip.salamxp.com, learn.salamxp.com) ("SalamXP", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. SalamXP is operated by ARAYA NIKAH SOCIAL ENTERPRISE CO., LTD., a registered Thai social enterprise.

SalamXP is an informational travel resource for Muslim and multicultural travelers exploring Thailand. Today, that means:

• Curated routes and cultural context for places, mosques, restaurants, and hotels
• Evidence-based halal information, shown by evidence level rather than a single yes/no label — see How to Read SalamXP for exactly what each badge means
• Prayer-time and prayer-space information tied to specific routes and locations
• Sign-in with a Google account, with optional single sign-on across our affiliated sites

We present cultural and practical context as informational guidance — never as instructions. Every decision on the ground stays yours.

SalamXP is not a religious authority, a government body, or a halal-certification issuer. Nothing on this site is an official religious ruling, a government certification, or a guarantee that any authority — religious, governmental, or otherwise — will accept a document, claim, or listing shown here.

Much of the information on SalamXP — halal evidence, facility details, opening information, cultural context — comes from venues, certifying bodies, or outside sources, as disclosed by the trust-source tag on each listing. We take reasonable care in how we source and label this information, but we do not independently verify every claim, and conditions can change after our records were last updated (a menu, a supplier, an owner, a certificate).

Always confirm anything important directly with the venue or the relevant authority before relying on it, especially for strict dietary, religious, or safety requirements.

You may sign in using a Google account. We only receive the name and email Google has already verified — we never see or store your Google password. If you use the cross-platform sign-in between salamxp.com and learn.salamxp.com, your verified email is passed through an encrypted, single-use handshake so you don't have to log in separately on each site.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for anything that happens through it. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

When using SalamXP, please don't:

• Scrape, systematically extract, or republish our content without permission
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information about a venue or listing
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes someone else's rights
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization

We may suspend or restrict access for accounts that violate these terms.

The SalamXP name, logo, route write-ups, badge and icon designs, and original site content belong to ARAYA NIKAH SOCIAL ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. unless otherwise credited. Venue names, photos, and third-party listings remain the property of their respective owners.

If you submit information, corrections, or content to us (for example, via the contact form), you grant us permission to use it to maintain and improve the accuracy of our listings.

SalamXP links to and relies on third-party services — including Google (sign-in, analytics), our affiliated platforms, and external sources referenced in our listings. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, and linking to them isn't an endorsement.

SalamXP is provided "as is," as informational guidance. To the extent permitted by Thai law, we aren't liable for decisions made based on information shown on the site, or for losses arising from inaccurate, outdated, or third-party-sourced content. This doesn't limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use SalamXP after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from your use of SalamXP will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
